We aim for zero to minimal downtime by building and verifying your site on the new server first, then switching DNS only once everything checks out.
What's the difference between website-only and full server migration?
Website-only covers a single site's files, database and email. Full server migration covers everything on a cPanel/WHM or Plesk server — multiple accounts, configs, and cron jobs included.
Is migration really free?
Website migrations are complimentary when you're moving to a zHost hosting plan. Standalone migrations (not paired with new hosting) use the pricing above.
